Another Gather Birthday: Pavan Kulkarni

Today, January 20, is Pavan Kulkarni’s birthday.  Pavan lives in Hyderabad India and has been a member since September 5, 2006.
 

Pavan tells us, “I'm committed to a wonderful woman and we are getting married this year. Our courtship is more than 5 yrs now :-) And we don't have children as of now but I plan to have lots of them but my fiance wants to be content with only one :-( Well, to tell about myself, I'm quite a hard-working, shrewd, open-minded and cool person. I'm, unfortunately for my readers, also a writer. And I, like any other writer, struggle to find time to keep writing and I keep failing. I'll be 24 with this b'day.”
 

As far as writer Pavan says, “I've been out of my home for more than 6 yrs now. First went out for my studies and now I work for software giant 'Infosys Tech Ltd' It has been more than 2 yrs that I've been working here. I reside in Hyderabad, India. I've been telling stories from childhood, if I correctly remember, from the time I've learnt to speak. It's only more than a year that I've seriously sat down to write. I'm not a published writer.”

Pavan says he doesn't know what inspired him to write. He feels “that's the only thing I'm fit for :-)”

Pavan’s hobbies are: writing, reading, playing cricket, travelling, palying and TT(Ping Pong).

Pavan also likes sleeping, writing fiction, travelling to Scenic places and playing on beaches.

The social issues which concern Pavan are poverty and corruption.

Pavan tells us that , “the most important event of my life is when my girlfriend accepted my proposal, that was 5 years ago. I had never expected that and was...can't describe you my feelings. It has to be understood.”

The one thing that Pavan would like to do that he has not already done before is to get published.
 
If Pavan could have any birthday wish come true, real or fiction, possible or impossible he would want to spend a month's time in “Kings era.”
