Much to do about very little here. What upsets Feinstein the most is that US Att Gen. is by passing the senate to fill the 5 vacant position. If Conress did not want the adminstration to have that power they should have never given it to them - it's THEIR responsibility to provide the CHECKS and BALANCES - they are the legislators. All Bush is doing to making his life easy - why go through a dem controlled senate when he can make the appointments without them?
We here in the UK also have a duty to perform. at the next election, we're going to make our votes count. We have all been sucked in.
Fahrenhiet 9/11 exposed a lot of the slippery ways of politics.
Don't give in. DO IT!
Fortunately for the US and the United Nations, Bolton withdrew his candidacy when the time came to face real questions from the Congress.
