I am having a very good day. Only been up and few hours, and already have managed to tick a great many of my ~got to get to's~ off of my list. Made hubby's breakfast. One computer finished and ready to go, another customer booked for this afternoon, and the third handled by email. I've read the paper, emailed 2 of my profs; completed a bursary app for my daughter; got my MIL up and dressed, fed and medicated. Oh, and read and commented on a bunch of articles here on Gather, accepted a bunch of new connection requests (had a flood of them today; not sure why), and joined a new group (
Recommending Other Gather Writers, which I
really like - read a bunch of the recommended articles and found them
all worthwhile; glad I found them!), and played a few games on
Neopets...still no Word Pyramid in the World Challenge, but oh well; who needs it!
Have almost finished all my readings for next week's classes - just one more novel to finish (Alias Grace by Margaret Atwood), and last night, I got everything done for the classes I'm teaching in the coming week.... a few more things to check off my list and I might even have time to write another chapter or two of my novel tomorrow!
Oops... just noticed the time... home care worker will be here soon and then I'm off :)

That should be ....well...sometime in May?
Never used to like books by Margaret Atwood - but the more I read and study them, the more I find in them ... getting to be rather a fan these days!
