Now that the holidays are securely behind us, I'm ready to get serious about having some fun losing weight. With Our Lady at my side, I'm sure I can grin as I say "No," to extra sweets and treats I do not need. Ready to join me?
The book, Our Lady of Weight Loss, has 42 "Kicks." Each Kick is a mini-chapter that includes healthy suggestions, fun ideas, craft projects, maybe a recipe or activity to do. It doesn't matter what meal plan you've decided to follow, Our Lady's tips will help you laugh your way to a lighter you.
I've decided to focus on one Kick a week. I plan on starting soon, but I'll wait a week or two if some of you would like to join me and still need to get a copy of the book. We'll be better support for each other if we can go through the process together.
Although, there's no particular order to the Kicks, so anyone can jump in at any time. But if you have a bit of the compulsive or perfectionist trait, as I do, you want to start at the beginning. So, let me know if you need some time to get the book, and then we'll get going.
