The Colours of My Life

Yes Jess if one looks with eyes that see you suddenly become aware of colours all around you. When joy comes its like spring.

First of all let me congratulate you on sticking it out until the wee hours. Great dedication. I'm proud of you.
Father? Hmmmm. Yesterday my Muse told me that I may adopt her daughter. Think of that ... my Muse's daughter. I must take her on my journeys. We must talk about everything. Songs, poems and stories that take one to another plane. We'll sit around campfires and discuss the wonders of the world.
High up on a mountain peak we'll challenge each other's concepts of truth. The world has opened up for me. Like troubadors we'll walk along the highways of life.
We'll laugh but when we cry we'll know there's a ready shoulder.
My Muse told me I must name her after a bird. I'll do that.
So if my writing does improve then know that it comes not from me but from my Muse's precious gift. If it doesn't then let's just keep it between ourselves...OK?

Truly exquisite in every way - you have so many gifts, and this is a shining example of your talents. And equally as amazing as the use of colors to paint moods and moments, is the sheer economy with which you give the reader a view of geography, relationship, introspective moments and exuberant hopes, all in six lines.
