1 lb lean ground beef
1 onion finely chopped
2 garlic cloves minced
1 pkg chili seasoning mix
1 16 oz jar chunky salsa
1-14 1/2 oz jar diced tomatoes(do not drain)
1-14 oz can beef broth
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1-15 oz can kidney beans
3 tblsps mustard
1 8 oz pkg velveeta diced
6 slices bacon cooked
Cook beef,onion and garlic until done.
Add chili seasoning mix,salsa,tomatoes,broth,barbecue sauce,beans and mustard.Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Add cheese and stir until melted.Serve with bacon crumbled on top.
