1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1/4 cup applesauce
1 egg
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 oz pkg dry onion soup mix
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3 tblsps spicy brown mustard
2 tblsps brown sugar
1-12oz jar mushroom gravy
Heat oven to 350
Mix together beef,pork,applesauce,egg,bread crumbs,onion soup,salt ,pepper,and 2 tblsps mustard.
Shape your loaf and place in shallow roasting pan.Bake 30 minutes.Stir together remaining tablespoon of mustard with brown sugar and spread on top of meatloaf.Bake another 30 minutes.
Heat gravy and serve with meatloaf.
