Who all is wondering how our Princess fared the Antifreeze poisoning. (UPDATED WITH: Police reports etc..)

I want to start out by saying that we ourselves were very worried on our poor princess's outcome after being poisoned with Antifreeze.

UPDATE: Tonight our daughter came home from school and said a neighbor of her friends on the bus was seen pouring antifreeze along the dirt roads purposly to kill dogs and animals in the area... This matter will be dealt with and police reports and whatever necessary will be made.

 We brought Princess home tonight and she is doing just great.  They kept her drunk for 48 hours using alcohol through the IV that was inserted on Friday.

 She does seem to have a little eyesight problems, but does act like she has some sight... the drooling is completely gone and she does not stagger anymore.

 I have to commend our Veterinarian in his efforts to save our loved family member.. (his staff too)... they were just great and I cannot show my grattitude enough to them for what they have done.

Well, I called animal control and the police and both say there is nothing that can be done because 1.  My dog was loose and I am not sure if it happened on my property...

2.  We do not know who the perpatrator was....

 But get this.. I had my 17 year old do more investigating into the situation and here is what she found out:

Her friends dog died just before Christmas due to antifreeze poisoning... they had noticed something wrong with their dog and 3 days later could not find him/her so they went into the woods to see if they could find her.  They came across meat that was put out.. they cleaned up what they found, but further investigation, they found their dog dead and more meat....

 What makes me even more upset that no one is doing anything, is the fact that  they also found alot of dead birds.  They had a crane that came to their ditch with lots of water in it and the crane was found dead too..

 This guy is being malicious... and killing animals and no one is doing anything about it... I guess just before their dog died the kids found a sign posted in their driveway and other's driveways saying something like "Roaming dogs will be no more."

  I really am getting upset about all of this... We are doing what we can to make sure that our pup is not let out without being put on her leash, but this guy needs to get over it.  Not like we intentionally let our dogs run loose, but have a heart...

I really do not want more animals to die, but I hope others that find animals dead around the area start reporting it... the more reports they get on it, they will eventually have to do something.
