Freezing

It was so cold today and even colder tonight. THere is a freeze warning for the area tonight. I am bundled up with many layers, wool socks and sitting in front of the small space heater. I have a hot cup of tea, and am hovering over the steam. I know there are so many here that live in areas, where it is snowing and you are used to this. This is California! It is going down to 32 degrees tonight! I am not sure if I am going to make it.

I have had that coldness at home in prior winters.
When the water in the toilet bowl freezes, you know it's too cold.
Right now, in the Northeast - it's about 65 degrees! Go figure.

it's been dipping into the negative numbers here in my neck of the woods... part of my locale is also in California, part in Nevada; however, the good thing is, the lake never freezes over!
