I was so grumpy,

           Then she smiled such a warm smile

Dear Moya - I have been there before and you know I try to practice this myself and it's amazing how warm the atmosphere becomes when you smile. I appreciate this wonderful little poem and lesson at the beginning of the new year. Moya, I have taught & instilled in my son that everyday if you do only one thing ...always smile at a person that may look like they made need. It comes back 10 fold to you!
