I don't know why many of the restaurants here are so dirty!
Floridian's espically check out the latest updates to Local 10 Dirty Dining, THE LIST HAS other months resturants, what they were cited for & the dates of closures, also included on the site are the viedo clips of the reviews:

Shelley, My daughter worked at Bob Evans while she was in college. They dont even get paid min wage. I tip better now also but still do not tip if the service is bad.
That is so true Shelly. But since the resturant is not paying so well, why if the resturant is making money, do they not want to have a better rating with the health dept.? In the days of more resturants than you can shake a stick at, why risk being closed down for a day or so to lose those days revenue, and the bad press that follows that, not to mention more lost revenue as customers will stay away?
Yes Connie I agree, I do tip more if the service is good.
