If you feel like a fancier New Year try the Chicago Cultural Centers NYE Bash.  The general admission tickets are $125 in advance and includes a premium open bar all night, paired with hors d’oeurves and chocolate; all served by over 30 bartenders and servers.  VIP admission is $150 and also additionally includes exclusive access to the VIP room playing 80’s and retro-music, a top-shelf open bar and also a champagne toast.  The doors open at 9 p.m. and there are limited $149 rooms available at the Renaissance hotel.
