Honey-Glazed Chicken Breasts
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Start to Finish: 55 Minutes
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 3/4 lb)
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1. Heat oven to 375°F. Grease 13x9-inch pan with shortening. Place chicken in pan.
2. In small bowl, mix all remaining ingredients; pour over chicken.
3. Cover with foil; bake 20 minutes. Turn chicken; bake uncovered 20 to 30 minutes longer or until juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut (170°F).
