Enter the Chupacabras
Many cryptozoologist's and everyday people alike have their own ideas about the Chupacabras and whatever it is; it is annoying the hell out of the people of Puerto Rico and Mexico.
There has always been tales of monsters and strange mythical creatures running around on this planet and there probably always will be, but what is brutally killing the animals in Puerto Rico and why are the bodies sucked clean of blood?
Before we examine in more detail the actual happenings let us take a look at what the Chupacabras is thought to be.
Top of the list is that it is an experiment by the CIA that went horribly wrong, a large blood-sucking insect that was created to be used in warfare. Next on the list is the alien hypothesis, an ex terrestrial trapped here on Earth that dwells obviously some place we cannot find it and lower down the list we have government agents that say it is a wild savage dog.
Great, so our job now is to hear the evidence and sort the chaff from the corn. One word though, apart from the carcases found there is no real evidence, no proof, and no photographs of the Chupacabras, as is the usual case in such scenarios.
So what makes people think that the CIA has created this genetically modified insect big enough to kill a cow and drain it of its blood? As far as I can tell it is because of the behaviour of the CIA. The CIA misbehaving I hear you cry, no surely not.
The CIA has used Puerto Rico as a testing ground on many an occasion some we know of such as the Agent Orange tests and some of which we will never know of, perhaps as in the case of the Chupacabras.
Agent Orange is a defoliant, a plant killer used in Vietnam to make visible the enemy, the idea being that if there were no trees or foliage the enemy could be seen more clearly.
"Specifically Agent Orange was a 50:50 mixture of two Phenoxy herbicides, 2, 4-D (2, 4 dichlorophenoxy acetic acid) and 2, 4, 5-T (2, 4, 5-trichlorophenoxy acetic acid). It is ironic that the Dioxin that makes Agent Orange so deadly isn't even an intended part of the plant killer. Dioxin is a man made by-product of the manufacturing process for making Phenoxy herbicides like Agent Orange. Actually, when 2, 4, 5-T is manufactured a "synthetic contaminant" TCDD (2, 3, 7, 8-tetrachlorodibenzo-para-dioxin) is an unwanted by-product that cannot be removed." (Vancil.L, 1994)
The following areas outside of Vietnam have been confirmed as places where AO was used:
1. The Korean demilitarised zone in 1968 and 1969 (extensive spraying).
2. Fort Drum, NY in 1959 (testing). Other areas where veterans allege AO to have been sprayed include:
Guam from 1955 through 1960s (spraying).Johnston Atoll (1972-1978) was used for unused AO storage.
The Panama Canal Zone from 1960s to early 1970s (spraying).
Elgin AFB (Agents Orange and Blue) on Firing Range and Viet Cong Village.Wright-Patterson AFB (OH) and Kelly AFB (TX).
Guanica, and Joyuda, Puerto Rico
Las Marias, Puerto Rico Loquillo, Puerto Rico, and Rio Grande, Puerto Rico to name just a few.
The point is if they can let this happen to thousands of people, what else would they be willing to do? No wonder that some people feel that the Chupacabras might be some experimental creature.
The Chupacabras ("goat sucker") is an animal said to be unknown to science and systemically killing animals in places like Puerto Rico, Miami, Nicaragua, Chile, and Mexico.
The creature's name is said to have originated with the discovery of some dead goats in Puerto Rico with puncture wounds in their necks and their blood allegedly drained.
Puerto Rican authorities maintain that the deaths are due to attacks from groups of stray dogs or other exotic animals, such as the panther, illegally introduced in the island's territory.
The director of Puerto Rico's Department of Agriculture Veterinary Services Division, Hector Garcia, has stated that there is nothing unusual or extraordinary about the cases they've observed. One veterinarian said, "It could be a human being who belongs to a religious sect, even another animal. It could also be someone who wants to make fun out of the Puerto Rican people."
However I could not see that a sect would kill over 2000 animals and not be caught, someone would have split the beans by now surley and the dog theory, well, it just does not fit the bill.
Some of the carcases were that badly torn apart a dog would not have managed that, not to mention the fact that none of the reported incidents report that any animal was devoured even in part. Some of the animals were that dehydrated they were flat, absolutely flat.
I am not in anyway persuaded that aliens from another planet come into the equation. I do find it an interesting theory though that the CIA is thought to have been involved in some experimental experiment and that to me for some reason seems more likely under the circumstances.
The main problem again is cover up, by this I mean that even if there were DNA samples from the wound sites on the dead animals or hair samples, who can one trust to give the correct prognosis?
It is not all that strange to suppose that a cross breed has been created as we know today that it is possible as shown by the Chinese-Russian scientist, Doctor Tsian Kanchen who has produced a new species of electronically crossed plant and animal organisms.
Kanchen developed an electronic system whereby he can pick up the bioenergetics field of the DNA of living organisms and transfer it electronically to other living organisms. By these means he has created incredible new breeds of ducks and chickens, with physical characteristics of both species; goats cross rabbits, and new breeds of plants such as corn cross wheat, peanut and sunflower seeds and cucumber cross watermelons. These are produced by linking the genetic data of different living organisms contained in their bioenergetic fields by means of ultra-high frequencies biological linking. If the Russians have created this technology, then without doubt the US and other powers have too. Therefore, it is quite possible that humans could have developed the Chupacabras particularly by those that have the technology and the means such as the CIA.
I have skipped through this and although there may well be more routes of exploration I have decided to leave it an open-ended case. What do you think the Chupacabras is? Is it a mythical creature; is it just a case of scare mongering? Could the dehydrated bodies and lack of blood been caused by the heat? Or was it an experiment that went wrong? Perhaps one day we will find out, perhaps not but there is one thing that still puzzles me about this. The Chupacabras is not specifically limited to Puerto Rico and many cases are reported in Chile, Mexico, Nicaragua and also in Miami.
