I got sent a mouse !

Friday morning I was using my computer and decided I would listen to some Christmas music. Put the Cd in the drive. Nothing happened. Clicked on the Real Player, clicked on Cd. and it told me it could not detect the cd. Great, no Cd-rom. Went in to the control panel, no D-drive. I checked hardware and it told me that Windows couldn't initialize the driver. So did a bit of trouble shooting, no results. Friday evening I called up Dell Tec support. I was on the phone with the tech guy for going on 2 hours. Nothing was solving the problem. We both were getting fed up; when he said well try this. He finally had me go in to the registry, and we edited a couple of settings, something to do with overflow. I rebooted I think and bingo, I had my Cd-rom drive back. I was so happy and I thank him profusely for spending so much time with me. He went on to ask if there was anything else that he could help me with and I told him that was having mouse problems. I was getting fed up, having put up with off and on for over a year now. So I got him to agree to send me a new mouse! Today the courier from Purolator came by with a box. I opened up and the box and there was my mouse. I went up stairs and told my husband that Dell guy was kind of mean, he sent me a mouse. Here is my mouse:
