One bag whole cranberries
One orange
Half cup sugar(more or less for taste)
One cup chopped pecans
Youll need one bowl, and one medium sized saucepan. Grate a little of the orange peel into the bowl. Then cut the orange in half and juice it into the saucepan. Add the sugar and cranberries. Bring to a low boil, simmering until nice and thick and the cranberries start to pop out of their skins. Turn the mixture into your bowl. Add pecans. Mix it all together.
Add more sugar if it isn't sweet enough. It sure does beat the cranberry sauce in a can!

After the holidays I like to freeze any leftover suuce and use as a condiment on sandwiches.
