Put in a Full Day's Work Day.
On this day, go to work and actually put in a full day of actually doing the work your employer pays you to do. That is:
Don't play on your work computer, pretending to read information applicable to your job when in actually you are reading or posting to blogs or globs or sending personal emails, or shopping online, or sneaking looks at naughty pictures or listening to music on your earphones. Don't hang around the water cooler or the break room or someone else's cubicle longer than your assigned break or lunch time, chatting and gossiping about topics that have nothing to do with your job. Don't spend time chatting on the phone with a spouse or lover or relative. Don't put off those unpleasant tasks you just don't feel like doing today. Just get your work done. You can do it for one day of the year. You know you can. Do it today, and then you will have done it for the year.
