We were spending the Saturday afternoon together, just my family and I. We were headed to the Olive Garden restaurant to eat, using a gift card I had received. My husband had told our 4 (almost 5) year old daughter what he had bought for me for Christmas. We were making a game of me trying to figure out what he had gotten. I was asking her if I could read it, or what it would do.
"It doesn't do anything!" she said, trying not to give away any hints.
"But, I already have a husband! Why do I need something else that does nothing?!" I asked her.
Okay, I was only kidding. My husband does so much. He is the best husband anyone can ask for (sorry, he is already taken!) and according to our children... he is the "bestest" daddy in the whole world! I love my husband.
