CINCINNATI -- A four-metre boa constrictor wrapped itself around its owner's neck and killed the man in his home, authorities said.
An acquaintance found Ted Dres, 48, inside the snake's cage Saturday and called police, the Hamilton County Sheriff's office said. .....................

This reminded me of the time back in Nova Scotia in 1992 . We had visited an amusement park and one part of the prk had snakes on display. I actually posed with a snake . I must have taken leave of my senses temporarily ,because most of the time I am terrified of snakes , even the little garden variety ! Sorry I have no idea what kind of snakes these were !

Oh my goodness , what I am doing ! I can't believe I am doing this !!

Look at me I am actually holding on to this huge snake, hmm I am having fun !

My sister has a python, and I have a picture of it around my neck.
was it shedding. When shedding, snakes can develop eye caps that impair their vision, thus they can not see and handling them at this time can be tricky.
Saw this on the Discovery Channel. Of course if you drink it all, you are in trouble...lol.

I hate to admit it... but I actually like snakes. That is a very nice looking snake too. Is it a ball python?
