I just got done watching the news and wanted to know other peoples thoughts on the whole Duke "Rape" Case. I just feel sorry for these guys. I think that the Distirct Attorney really needs to be held accountable for what he has done(and not done). I mean these guys life will never be the same. I just feel like the guys are not being treated fairly. I hope that someone else agrees with me.

I really don't know enough about it to comment.

If it can be PROVEN that they are guilty, they are guilty.

If it can be PROVEN that they are innocent then they are innocent.

If nothing has been proven, there needs to be a better investigation.

Something is fishy about this whole case. I think it was handled wrong from the very beginning and with all the media attention and interviews and changes in stories, I'll be surprised if they ever figure out exactly what happened.

Personally, from what I have seen and heard on TV lately, I can't see how this case can go forward. Something is screwed up big time here, and at this point it seems to be the prosecutor. I could go on.......

I hope that the prosecutor owns up to his mistakes, and is prosecuted. It seems to me that he is trying everything that he can to keep this case going (even though it should be dropped ). There are so many holes in her story and so much evidence to support the players stories, that the case has already fallen apart.

Mike Nifong is trying to make a name for himself, the evidence was against that girl from the very beginning, she lied about having sex with anyone before the party and could not single anybody out from the party. Now it turns out she was pregnant. The dna evidence has ruled out any of the boys charged, but Nifong wont drop the case. This is not the first time he has been involved in controvercy.
