"i'm a mother of 2 children and i love my kids very much.I like to go places and hang out with my family and friends.i'm a pretty nice person.i'm very sexy and men really want me. "
This is the description of a...young woman on yahoo 360 that sent me a friend invite. I think I got the invite because she is going thru the wonderful world of "baby blues" and I offered her an ear, or was it shoulder?
Anyways, what I want to know is, how is this suppose to appeal to anyone that does not have tetesterone(or whatever the hell it is and how it's spelt!!!) I mean: 1) I'm not a man, 2) I don't have a penis, 3) I don't care if she thinks she's sexy...I think like beauty, it's in the eye of the beholder(some, it's beer-holder, but I won't go there this time), and 4) did I mention I'm not a man?!?
I'm glad she's got self-esteem, some of us writing lack it, but that's another story(probably a million, if I write them right). It just seems that if you're looking for more than MALE companionship(nothing wrong with it, mind you...I like men--to a point), shouldn't she have just left that last part out? Especially if the females of the group or whoever she's writing to have men that probably would think that--I mean, so much for getting "near and dear friends". Don't you just love it when your new friend hits on your s.o./boyfriend/hubby?
Maybe I'm just too old fashioned.

She sounds really unpredictable, almost an 'emotional vampire' I like to call it. There are some out there who simply want and don't see they have to make the effort themselves and become mature and more knowledgable as a result.
She's not your job, as compassionate as you might feel towards her. Let her drain you and there will be nothing left for your own family and others you care for.
I hope she finds what she's looking for, if she really knows it yet. I've partly read a book, Write It Down And Make It Happen. Good for those who haven't quite put down in words what they want in life.
Keep up the poetry!
And i'll do my best with the poetry :)
