You are the Hero that gets to hear the thank you, you are the Hero that gets to feel the hugs, and you are the Hero that gets to come home.

Do not be upset, but know that you are also the Hero that is called to remember all the rest, and that is probably the hardest calling of all.

For your brothers who gave everything were taken home on the wings of Angels and received in the Halls of the Kingdom, heroes all, for they gave their lives for their friends... and no greater love is there then this. 

Yours is the hard duty to stay on living, hurting, missing and trying to keep their honor alive, your duty is to endure till the end...

When our Great Captain calls you home, they will all be there to welcome you, to thank you and to continue to be your brothers.

Sir, I salute you, and I hereby give my love to you, please bring that love home to them when the time is right.
