In order to get the snow to slide in one complete blanket like that, the temps have to vary very little. The sun just helps the snow ooooooze forward like a blanket falling off a bed.

I didn't take this picture myself. My friend in Weippe, ID sent it to me a couple days ago. The picture is taken facing east.
In order to get the snow to slide in one complete blanket like that, the temps have to vary very little. The sun just helps the snow ooooooze forward like a blanket falling off a bed.
