What was your favorite Christmas gift ever?
I am going to cheat and name three. (feel free to do so yourself)
My grandma had made 3 rag dolls for me. One was yellow haired, One was brown haired, and the other black haired. They were soft adn had button eyes. Through the years they lost and regained their eyes, became threadbare, sewn together better and better each year until their clothes and eventually their bodies melted away.
My next favortie was my baby beans. she was yellow. Her little tongue stuck out like a tiny m & m. Sometimes she would get a small hole in her plastic feet....because I would bite her feet. I was suprised to find plastic dots and not beads inside. I fixed her with bandaids, electrical tape, but never duct tape...too ugly. And she was bright yellow.
And finally....a gingerbread doll. But I named her Baby Cantalope. I fed her and it stained her tiny mouth. She was brown with yellow piping.

"I love you on Christmas and Hanukkah and always - You are the best mom EVER because you take such good care of me!"
If I had a camera, I'd take a picture of it and post it because it's so precious!
I dont think that your imagination was too vivid...I think that your thought was nice and it would have been wonderful if what you thought was in fact who it was...but it isnt (tear)...
