We like this restaurant, because you can see food being prepared the kitchen is open.
The prices went up from the last time we dined here. I lost the receipt so I am unsure of how much each dish cost. Our bill with tip was $75.00. Pricey, but the food was good.
We have favorites when we go here so we ordered the usual:
My husband ordered Four Cheese Flatbread - with roasted garlic puree and sage it was delicious!
And his most favorite -Fettuccine Alfredo it was an extra $6.00+ for the shrimp at almost $24.00 I told him the pasta had better be good. Expensive but he really liked it, to me it looked very oily/buttery as it was very shiny, I tasted it was very salty for me!
I ordered the Greek Salad - vine ripened tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, bell peppers, kalamata olives, pepperocini, and feta cheese, the salad was marinated in red wine vinaigrette I think it's cost was about $7.00. It was very good I liked this a lot!
I also ordered Lemon Chicken with toasted couscous, baby spinach, tomatoes, and capers I think it was around $20.00 I asked if they could substitute any other vegetables for spinach & something for the couscous (I have had it here before & it's been very dry). The waiter said "the Florida spinach is safe" I repeated my request, the waiter slunk off, (oh great I thought) but he came back and asked what did I want, I said potatoes or rice pilaf, and any vegetable except spinach. When my plate was brought over it has roasted potatoes on it & a assorted vegetables, carrots, broccoli and green squash. I was happy the chicken was good it was moist with a hint of lemon. The veggies were good but a little more crisp then I would have liked. Potatoes were perfect!! I am happy I asked for something other then spinach.
The food was good, the restaurant is nice, but get's very busy, espically during the evenings, weekends and at Holiday times wait-times for a table can be long.
