Laughter emanating from deep within my belly
The second chance that God has granted me
Fills me with wonder on this glorious morning
Years have passed since my children matured
Grandchildren expect us to visit and call

Asking little of me in return
You beckon the child within me to play,
to cuddle,
Feeling love beyond any path I have ever tread
Emcompassing me with your sweet carress and kisses
I succumb to your hidden treasures
