During the Holiday season do you prefer low...

I being such a bargin hunter prefer low, low prices and 99.9% often can find what I am looking for, without anyone's help, even now during the Holiday's.

I hate going in a store, where employees follow you around-espically comission earning employees!

How about you? Do you like additional customer service? Do you prefer to look around the store -left alone by employees?

The only pet peeve I have this time of the year, not enough cashier's to ring you out NO matter what store you shop in. And it seems the longer you wait, the longer the lines get!

I personally do not like stores where someone has to follow me around to make a sale. If they ask me once and then leave me alone unless I need something I am fine with that. I know that is their job. But don't follow me around. I find it frustrating though when there are not enough cashiers and have been known to walk out with nothing if the line is too long. Especially if I have my son in tow. I can't always afford to wait with him and he of course doesn't like to wait all the time.

I cannot stand having someone follow me around waiting to pounce on me the minute I stop to look at something. I have wanted so badly to yell at sales people who do that. I have told them that because the were following, I was no longer going to shop there and left the store and gone elsewhere.

I would prefer the discounts because when salespeople follow me around a store trying to sell me things I do not want I tend to get irritated and go shop elsewhere. It would be nice to have customer service so IF we wanted help, we could ask for it and get our questions answered by a polite rep, instead having a "shadow" when shopping. This is the main reason I do about 95% of my shopping on the internet! No one to bug me when I'm trying to decide what I want.

I do the same thing Michelle, I tell them goodbye I am leaving noe also.
