Just curious, is it really possible to shred all the baby weight and go back to the pre-pregnancy figure? I am not talking about just the weight in pounds, but also the body shape. I read some books and they said that due to the shift in our body structure, we can lose weight but the hip area will always remain wider and the old jeans won't fit. I am just wondering if this is true. If you don't mind, I would like to invite you to share your experience. Thanks.

...But then I got busy with working, driving the kids and so on, and didn't have as much time....Also, you can set your 8 month old and up on your tummy and hold hands while you do crunches. also carrying your child on your hip until they are 2 will make you strong...but you need to run and go to a health club...
Have you notcied that i am not a size 6 anymore?
I have seen some woman the next week after they had their baby and they were so slim , you would swear there is no way they had just delivered a baby .
My biggest fear is that when I stopped nursing my weight will come back. But I recently started jogging again (I was doing it 3 times a week before I got preggo). Hopefully that will stave off the weight gain.
If you intend to nurse, it will be much easier. Otherwise it's a lot of exercising!!
