BODY POWDER
Ingredients:
1/2 cup cornstarch
3 T rice flour
6 drops of your choice of an essential oil
Mix together in a bowl and make sure that there are no clumps. Package in a powder shaker container. Those can be found (where I get them) on www.elementsbathandbody.com or www.the-buying-group.com either has them.
For the rest of the ingredients, such as the cornstarch and rice flour, it's in the grocery store, though I couldn't find the rice flour till I was browsing in a small Asian grocery store, and got a good-sized bag of it (and it's nice and silky), for a couple dollars. Very easy recipe - very nice gift or for yourself.

There's been a lot of controversy over the years about talc. I've seen cosmetic grade talc on websites for sale and I hope that means it's been tested for the bad things that can be found in it.
Judith, good for you, it's a nice powder and a heck of lot less expensive than whatever's in the stores too, and it's always nice to use what you make :)
Susan, I'm surprised you haven't made a peppermint perfume oil to go with the rest of it - those are JUST as easy, I have a lavender blend, a patchouli blend, a ylang-ylang blend, in oil, no alcohol for me, and I make them in larger containers, such as 8 or 16 ounce so whenever I need some for myself or a friend, as I keep the roller bottles on-hand, all I have to do is put some in :) Instant perfume for me, or instand gift for someone else!
I'll be making rose as well as sandalwoood blends, and I've made the jasmine in a solid perfume, actually made a few of them and my "friends" have all..........but the one I'm using! So, I'll be making it again.
Pepperming bath tea is nice as well as peppermint bath salt scrub too - sets of the scents you like are great!
Your perfume is ok to add, for yourself, and make just a little as your perfume is probably? a fragrance with alcohol in it? I'm allergic to commercial perfumes but since you're not, you ought to be able to. Enjoy, as it's always nice to have "everything" match!
