I was just introduced to "will it blend" on youtube last night and I was thoroughly impressed...my husband now wants one of those $400 blenders...to grind up golf balls I guess!
I have and I wonder...what would one cook that would equal the density of golf balls?!!!! Next they'll be adding jet engines for power! My needs are simple, as long as you can blend ice, that's good enough for me! Burned up plenty of motors on cheaper blenders until I got my Oster, Kitchen-Aid makes a good one as well.
