I was doing good. I had not had a cigarette from about 4 pm Sunday evening until yesterda afternoon. Some events happening in the house happened and I could not take it. No excuses right?.. try telling that to my brain and body... Ok, I did not just have one smoke, but smoke the entire pack.
Ok, so I am back on track today with not smoking. I am hoping that it will not be as hard on me as it was the first 24 hours. I am soo praying it won't be that hard.
Here is what I have learned with smoking that one pack of smokes. My heart started feeling like it was racing... Last night going to bed, my feet felt cold again like there was poor circulation. They were actually starting to feel warm when going to bed. I could not believe that smoking cigarettes could actually do that to you. I was in awe and now trying to keep at not smoking. Man this is a very hard road to go down. I really do not know how others out there quit just cold turkey. Throw the pack away and never smoke again. Even my husband says that I am having such a harder time at quitting than he seemed to have. It is like it took total control of my life.
Ok enough of my ranting.. good morning gather.
