let's start with a bitch...

Welcome everyone. I hope that this becomes a place to get EVERYTHING out. I don't care about length, or content, just go ahead and vent.

Ok, here's our first:

I published a stupid question to almost all my groups that I'm in, asking for reasons why I couldn't view comments on anyone else's articles/images....some dumbass says "maybe it's a temporary glitch. why would you ask that to groups that don't relate to that article" DUH!!!

Look at my groups list....and it's a general question! Who's to say that someone I don't know at all mightn't have the answer to my question. and 2--it's not a one time thing. It's been happening alot. and 3--look at my groups(Shameless pointwhores are more than welcome ;P ).

So--it's a little bitch, just a start. Let's get everything off our chest....if your depressed, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE write away. You are more than welcome here.

Well I beleave I know the one your talking about Roxanne. Some people don't stop to read the posting right and jump at it be for thay understand what you wrote. Don't let it get you down it has happed to me and other on here. As I like to say some peoples finger type faster then thay think... like there having a brain fart at the time

I agree with the rude, too...it seems so picky/snobbish sometimes here, that I have to just find a way to post something obscure or stupid or --I don't know. just silly, I guess.

I don;t see what was wrong with saying maybe it's a glitch, because maybe it is and it should be reported to the admin. I report every little problem I have to admin, for two reasons, one they can't fix what they don't know about and two, I want gather to work properly so that we don't have to get frustrated.
most people are not that computer savvy to know what kind of program gather uses and how to fix it themselves, that is gathers responsibility. You are lucky when somebody does know something and can help you out on the members side.

Often I can't view comments either.

What annoyes me if I can view a comment I can not leave a comment.

Other issues I have had I can leave stars but not if I see comments. If I post a comment I can not leave stars. Articles load very slowly.

I was contacted by Gather after I posted the above, and nothing happened to fix it.
The so-called upgrades they do, have done nothing to help.
