Book: "A Life in Smoke"

I was watching the Early Show on CBS this morning and they talked about how Julie Hansen had chained herself to a radiator to try and quit smoking.

Although I have not read this book, I will be purchasing this book with my gift certificates. From my understanding, this book is not another how to quit book, but a book about how smoking impacted her life and how she beat this horrible addiction.

So, you all know I am trying to quit smoking. I am still going good.. No Cigarettes since Sunday at 4 p.m.... Man I could use a smoke right now.. waaa... This addiction is going to be very difficult for me to break... But, I am going to keep trying. Julie has given me the little cry for help I needed (well, i really need tons more,) to realize that I too can beat this habit.

Don't forget the great smoke out is Thursday, Nov. 16 this year..

this sounds like an interesting book and although I'm not a smoker, I think I'll be reading it as well...good luck with your goal...you are in my thoughts and prayers!
