So far, after almost two days, my count is at 4277. I have another half hour to go tonight so I might get more in but probably not til after midnight, so technically the third day.
How is everyone else doing? What are the tough parts of this for everyone and how are you dealing with them?
We had Chris Baty speaking near me tonight. I didn't go. It is raining out and I figured I would use the time writing, instead. It was actually not that near to me. It was about a 45 minute drive, with no rain so probably twice that in the rain.
I am fighting a very bad sore throat by drinking lots of liquids which equals lots of bathroom trips and trips to the kitchen to fill up again. Not fun. I also have been battling my depression. It is better this week but I know I am not out of the woods yet.
So, feedback anyone? Word count anyone?

I find it is so much harder for me to write fiction than non-fiction. I can spew off all sorts of lengthy non-fiction in no time. Fiction, I feel like I'm pulling teeth. Hopefully it will get easier with practice.
Step B, I don't write fiction either. My life is far too full of reality to be bothered with fiction. LOL
I will READ fiction though, because to me everything that I have not yet experienced is something new, and reading fiction is excercise for my imagination.
I'd rather write about my own experiences, though.
Yup, fiction is lots tougher! Oh, and I am now at 4450 words!
