The Troops in Iraq Reply to Kerry

Thank you, The Webduck, for posting this. I appreciate our military personnel and honor them also.

WebDuck, I love this!! I just told my husband about it on the phone ( he's a long haul trucker) He laughed hard. I have to send this to my friends. I will send you my email in an email, will you send it to me. Kerry is a big dumb a-- dork and I believe it was meant to be a joke. But I think he sholud have come ou instantly and apologized.

Kerry's blathering on about his "joke" has just made it worse. I'm no supporter of Bush or the war, but I do think Kerry owes the troops an apology.

I hope somebody asks those troops what they think about having the speaker of these words controlling their fate:

Sandy, why do you always have to drag up things that others have said when you have no decent defense? Instead of addressing the issue that is being discussed you pull a bunch of quotes off the internet and post them, trying to take the focus off of the idiot at hand. Geez. The point of this discussion is that John Kerry is an idiot! Why don't you go make another article if you want to talk about Bush, this one is not about him! If you can't come up with your own article, I'm sure that you can "republish" someone else's.

That picture is great. I have the deepest admiration and respect for the members of our armed forces. The takes a lot of work, determination and intelligence to do the jobs they do.

Our military forces are some of the most intelligent and compassionate men and women in the world. This picture says so much about their integrity, if someone really looks at it. Can you imagine, sitting there at your computer, just how they must feel each day as they serve in Iraq? And then, to have some putz like Kerry say what he did about them...it just boggles the mind. In the mean time, after making this sign, these people went out and risked their lives for each other, the Iraqis, and for our country. This isn't about Bush or Kerry, it is about the people who protect us each and every day. As I said, they are my heros.

I totally agree, the troops are the "real" heroes. Though John Kerry's little "joke" was horrid. I'm featuring this on THE PLACE TO VENT AND JUST TALK ABOUT THINGS.

That picture alone is worth one thousand words! I certainly hope someone got that photo to Kerry! He needs to frame it, look at it daily and be reminded daily what an idiotic comment can do to someone in public office. Didn't his Mom tell him to "Think BEFORE you Speak?"

The troops are pretty funny guys, and very very creative. I wish more people knew that.

From what I have seen, heard and read first hand from those in Iraq, a good many of them are far from being slack-jawed mental midgets, that's for sure.
