okay, no questions on this one, brussel sprouts. they taste like dirty feet. about ten years ago my husband i were having a wonderful dinner on fisherman's wharf in san francisco. we were served b. sprouts as the vegetable of the day. the wiatress confessed, she'd never had to throw away so much food in one night.
well, I despise brocolli, which is sad because most of the low carb meals use brocolli. There are so many recipes that call for it. I haven't figured a replacement for it for my low carb menus (because of diabetes, NOT weight loss, although when I adhere to it I usually loose weight)
Salmon!!! GROSS!! The stuff in a can people make into loaves and patties. There are lil bones in it and when I hit one of those bones I gag.......yukkie, poo-poo.
I dislike cooked spinach by itself, I love spinich in salad cold and fresh or hot in ravioli or dips, just not popeye style out of the can.lots of yuck icky nasty horrible gross words in this article lol
Okra is amazingly healthy, but I only started eating it after trying the fried version! I would have to second (third, fourth..) the motion about pea soup. I can handle pea pods in a nice stir fry or maybe even soup, as long as it stays in those little pods. But when it comes out, why does it smell and taste so yucky? And the only time I've liked Brussels sprouts is when they were prepared by the kitchens of Hy-Vee. Let's keep the pea soup in the fog, and out of our bowls!!
herring in sour cream. i had some at a buffet dinner one time and had to spit it out in a napkin. god, it was gross. gee i love seafood and almost all of these veggies. liver is the body's filter; who would eat that? yellow squash and lima beans are gag food. nothing ever, ever tasted worse than that herring/sour cream concoction though - salty and sour. so terrible.
liver,frog legs goodness gross,wax beans,i cannot stand anything that is fuzzy like a peach or something eww and i absolutley hate fish except I will eat shrimp etc..

My least favorite food is Eggplant.
I have tried many times, in a variety of ways to eat it and I just can't.
