I make this a lot. Thought I would pass it along.
You need:
1 pkg. Frozen Broccoli (if you don't like broccoli, you can use almost any vegetable.)
Velvetta Cheese
1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
1/2 c. Moayonnaise or Miracle Whip (not a fussy receipe)
3 - 4 lbs of Chicken (cooked and chopped into bite size pieces) Great with left over grilled chicken.
1 can French Fried Onion Rings
Directions:
Spread broccoli over the bottom of a 9X13 pan.
Cube some of the cheese and spread over the broccoli. Not an exact measurement as some like more cheese, some like less. Use your best judgement.
Ina bowl, mix soup, mayo and chicken. Then, spread that in the pan.
Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Then add the French Fried Onions on top and bake for another 15 minutes.
Allow to sit for about 5 minutes before serving.
