1 box white cake mix
8 oz can crushed pineapple
1 cup sugar
1 5.1 0z instant vanilla pudding
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup coconut
8 oz sour cream
9 0z cool whip
Bake cake according to directions on the box. Just before removing cake from the oven, mix crushed pineapple and sugar together, and bring to a boil. While cake and mixture of pineapple and sugar are hot, pour on hot cake. Let the cake cool. Prepare pudding and pour on cool cake. Mix sour cream and whipping topping, then spread it on cake. Put coconut on top of above mixture, then sprinkle the chopped pecans on top of coconut
