Why is it that women put that lipliner on that is another color than their lipstick and they think it is attractive? The makeup police should arrest them for impersonating a clown.
LOL Web Duck I agree - the one I really don't like is the black lip liner it makes me want to offer them a tissue so they can wipe the dirt off their lip!
Why do women put on their makeup including contrasting lip liner and innapropriately applied eyeliner while riding on public transit? OR, eyelash curling while driving?
