Have you heard of Inflammatory Breast Cancer (IBC)?

I never heard of Inflammatory Breast Cancer (IBC) until I was watching Good Morning American and caught the tale end of their report on it.Â I went to their site to learn more.Â Wow, and I thoughtÂ there was always lumps.Â

I had no idea it could start like a skin rash, or just a pain.Â One could easilyÂ blame those symptoms on something else.Â Â I'm glad I nowÂ know.

I agree with the article, we must be our own advocates for women's health issues.Â Men should to.Â Information can save our lives.Â That is why I am posting the link to the article.

I found out that I had it years ago. I keep a close eye on breast changes because I have had 2 Aunts die of breast cancer.

I just followed the link in your article and ya know what ...I had never heard of it until I was told that I had it either.

yes, I had heard of this but it never hurts to remind people about it...it's a frightening cancer yet one we all should be aware of...thank you for your post!

Thank you Pam, for announcing your findings. I have had a few of these symptoms, and am going to request testing. I myself have never heard of such an affliction, and I have been in the medical field for 10 years.

Its a very rare kind of breast cancer anyway,never seen one before.

nope I have never heard of this at all, only ibs, inflammatory bowel syndrome, which I have.
