Last week I was hungry for meatloaf

I want to thank all of you who gave me some wonderful ideas for meatloaf.Â I have remained true to my diet and not made any yet.Â That doesn't mean I won't.Â And soon.Â I'm thinkint it will be just the right thing to make for this cold upcoming weekend.

Yes, hamloaf. It's great! When I had surgery our pastor's wife brought us some and it was sooooo delicious! I found out she purchased it at a place called "Shady Maple", a grocery story that is in the heart of Amish country. I'm ordering some when someone I know goes there again, or if I happen to go through the area. It's so good.
