In News from the Nevada Courts, illegals there could see a LOT MORE prison time, and a whole lot fewer chances at getting probation. The gist of it is simple...two cases being cited as reasons why a person's immigration status could not be used in determining punishment have been ruled NOT to apply! This means, that judges/juries can now factor in the criminals STATUS and immigration related crimes when they decide the SEVERITY of the sentence!
THIS IS HUGE for the Pro Endorcement folks, and is going to see a lot more ILLEGALS imprisoned, and upon completion of their punishment, immediate DEPORTATION.

Justice Bill Maupin, who wrote the latest ruling, said the 1998 decision was based on two federal court rulings that, as it turned out, didn't actually deal with the issue of a criminal defendant's status as an alien.</td></tr></tbody></table>

Government is trying to sneak the NAU past the American public, that's why most people don't know a thing about it. But, I do believe that as people learn about what's really going on we'll be able to stop it, if it's not too late.
And uh, why not just INFORM us about this EVIL CONSPIRACY you are calling the "NAU?"
