This excellent. Try it.
You need:
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
1/8 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1 lg. Pear, chopped. (I am almost sure a canned pear would work)
4 Nilla Wafer, crushed
1 Tbsp Pecan Pieces
1 Tbsp. Butter
2 Tbsp Whipped Topping, thawed
Directions
In a bowl mix cream cheese, sugar and cinnamon until blended. Then, stir in pears. Spoon this mixture into 2 custard cups. set the cups on a baking sheet.
Next, mix wafers, peacans and butter in a small bowl. Sprinkle over the mixture in the custard cups.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the pears bubble. Serve warm with a little whipped topping on top.
This recipe makes two serving.
