I made these this morning, "Oh My!"

You need:
2 1/4 c. Flour
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Ground Nutmeg
2 Ripe med. size Bananas
1 c. Sugar
3/4 stick of Butter, melted
1/3 c. Milk
1/4 c. Rum
1 Lime, juiced
1/2 c. Maraschino Cherries, cut in 4's dusted with confectioner sugar
Direction
In a large bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt and nutmeg.
In a med bowl. Whisk bananas, sugar, butter, milk, rum, lime juice and zest until blended. Then add to liquid. Fold in the cherries. Let rest.
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a muffin tin for 12 muffins. Fill each hole about 1/2 way. Then bake for 22 - 25 minuts or until a toothpick test is clean.
Remove from oven, let sit for 5 minutes and then remove from pan. Let cool completely. Then, dust with confectioner sugar and serve.
