Does this mean, no I'm not alright because I'm alive or I'm more than alright because I am alive? I'm hoping it's the second one!

I love your aphoristic style, and this one has the right play of ambiguity. "I would rather be a whole person than a nice one." Fritz Perls. I would rather be alive than alright, though to be both would be ideal, as long as someone else's "alright" didn't mean broken robot, Winston Smith knew 2 +2=5, etc.
