Yummy Watermelon Ginger Freeze

2 c. watermelon

3 T. frozen limeade concentrate

Ice cubes

generous dash of ginger ale

lime and/or lemon slices (optional -- but really adds pizzazz)!

Combine watermelon, limeade, and ice cubes in a blender. Process until smooth. Pour into tall decorative glasses and top each glass with a generous dash of ginger ale. Garnish with a slice or two of lemon and/or lime.

Yield: 2 servings, can be tripled easily! Cheers!

Can you get the limeade concentrate in a sugar free form? I don't drink too much stuff with sugar in it. It sounds delish though!
