Well I made it through today, almost. Tomorrow is my favorite day.
It was a busy day. I had to water a few things early and then get down to work. The work seemed to drag a little, I guess because I wanted to get on Gather and also waiting for tomorrow to get here. We put out about half of the multiplying green onions. I dug them up in one bed and we planted them in another. I took regular breaks for water and Gather.
While we were planting onions my neighbor brought a load of chicken fertilizer. When we were through planting I move several wheelbarrow loads of fertilizer. I had a little time on Gather and just as my wife finished cooking supper neighbors dropped in and stayed about an hour. When they left I ate, shaved and showered. After an hour of watching TV I'm finally back on Gather. I do need to get to bed early for we are leaving early in the morning.
Tomorrow is my favorite day. We are going to see my aunt in the nursing home. It might seem crazy, but more pleasure can be gained by making someone happy than by almost anything else. When you see someone's face light up when they see you the pleasure you have is indescribable.
I will spend a little time on Gather and try to catch up reading the articles written by my connections. Then early to bed and get up in the morning and go visiting.

The winters are mild enough for onions and garlic here. They often die in the summer heat here, especially the garlic. Thanks for the question.
Val, I apprciate that. You would be doing the same in the same situation.
Jessie, You know how to make me feel good. Thanks.
Thank you, Babbara.
Thanks, Natalie.
