Dream - Discontent Wife

This is a very short dream I had this morning. I was a third-party in this dream, i.e., it's like I was sitting aside and watching a TV show or something.  There were 3 characters involved: a male friend of the husband, the husband, and the wife. So, the story went like this: The friend came from out of town to visit the husband, and the husband invited the friend to stay with them for the few days when the friend was in town. The couple was fairly well off, and the house was huge with a very well equipped kitchen. The three of them were sitting at the breakfast table, enjoying the breakfast the wife had cooked. The friend and the husband chit-chatted while the wife remained silent. Then it was time for the husband to leave for work. After the husband left, the wife started to clean off the dirty dishes in the sink. The friend helped taking some dishes back to the sink, and then stepped back and leaned on the other counter. He commented to the wife that she had a wonderful life, with a handsome and rich husband, a beautiful house, and could stay at home not working. She sighed, and told the friend that her husband only wanted her to stay in the kitchen all day and cook for him.

The dream ended here, even though I wished I could see more of it.  It looked like the beginning of an interesting TV show or movie or something. I was wondering what the friend and the wife would do...
