I must have been thinking about work too much. This morning I had this dream: I was in the office, and my boss gave me a memorandum to revise. It was a hard copy, and I did not have a soft copy. I hand-wrote the notes on the original, but right before I was done, my boss came to my cubical and told me I needed to use another version and re-do the revision. So I said, ok. The "new original" was also a hard copy. In order to make it "client-friendly", I went to the Copier Room and tried to find a piece of paper with our company letterhead. I went through the drawers but I could not find any. They were all out. Instead, I found some personal letters in the drawer. Then I decided to just make a photocopy of the original, which would at least give me a black-and-white company letterhead. But the copier was broken. I walked around the office trying to find another copier that was working. And I just felt upset because the revised hard-copy memorandum did not look very professional.
The dream ended without a real conclusion. I think I might need a vacation from work...
One other interesting thing that I noticed is that the memorandum in the dream was written in Chinese, but the conversations were in English.
