This film just blew me away. Edward Norton is outstanding. The casting, cinematography, and directing were stellar. The twist at the end was a total surprise. See this movie. You will not be sorry.
In addition, the costumes and locations were breathtaking. No time for any more right now. Do it: see the movie.

It is a really cool movie. I tried talking to other people coming out, but it was after midnight and people were moving out quickly. But my daughter and I thought it was fantastic and quite thought provoking. She said it is up there with V for Vendetta as far as leaving you with your brain on fire. I loved V, but I think The Illusionist is more thought provoking. V is a more bizarre and exciting movie in other ways, but The Illusionist really delivered in ways so few films do anymore.
